The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) is the official body of the PRC responsible for hearing all international commercial arbitration matters. Originally published in Chinese by the People's University of China, these two volumes provide the first authorised English translations of these awards. Each award includes a digest of the case, followed by the facts, the tribunal's opinion and the terms of the award. The translated texts of all the relevant Arbitration Rules and Regulations are also included.
